The product range includes specialized optical fibers, sensing equipment, and interpretation software for real-time monitoring of oil and gas wells, hydraulic fracturing operations, and reservoir performance.
Specially engineered fiber coatings provide stable optical transmission under extreme downhole conditions, including temperatures of 300–400°C and environments containing hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide. Coating formulations can be customized according to bottomhole temperature, fluid composition, gas concentration, and other well-specific parameters.
The available product range includes:
Advanced interrogator units capture low-frequency reservoir signals generated by fracture propagation and formation deformation. Combined with specialized interpretation software, the system supports analysis of fracture orientation, aperture, length, and overall geometry.
The hardware and software offer flexible integration with compatible third-party equipment. Optical fiber, interrogator units, and interpretation software can be supplied separately or as a complete monitoring package.
All monitoring data remain on the customer’s local hardware, with no automatic transmission or external remote access. Proprietary data-processing algorithms filter noise and reduce terabyte-scale raw datasets into manageable volumes, improving interpretation speed and reducing computing requirements.
Technical training, remote support, system integration, and project-specific fiber selection are available. On-site installation and maintenance may also be coordinated through qualified local service partners.
Unisin provides a single commercial and technical interface between international customers and qualified Chinese manufacturers.
